What is PUNE DIABEAT RUN 2022?
'Pune Diabeat Run' is a no-frills community run, with good route support and cheerful volunteers. Diabetic & pre-diabetic patients run alongside seasoned athletes, where conversations happen, and ideas about healthy living get exchanged.

Things you should know -

1. Set the alarm! There are no refunds if you don't participate
2. If you misspell your name, inform our volunteer while you pick up the bib
3. Registration is mandatory. Display the bib on your chest. No bib - No Running
4. Kindly carry your water bottles, we've refilling stations on the route. It also helps in saving the environment!
5. Eat something light before you start from home
6. Wear comfortable clothing for the run. T-Shirts, Shorts, Saree, Churidars, and Dhoti all are OK
7. Parking – Please park on DP Road and in nearby lanes and ensure you not causing any obstructions to traffic

Reporting & Flag-off timing -

• 10 KM - Reporting Time: 5:45 AM, Flag-off Time: 6:00 AM 
• 05 KM - Reporting Time: 6:10 AM, Flag-off Time: 6:20 AM
• 03 KM - Reporting Time: 6:30 AM, Flag-off Time: 6.45 AM

On-spot registration is available on the day of BIB distribution at Aloha Clinics (19th Nov.) and on the event day at Keshavbaug (20th Nov.) at Rs.125+GST. For registering on the day of the event, please reach 30 minutes prior to the flag-off time.
