Why are we doing it?

1. India was the No.1 economy in the very first century and by the 10th century, India and China used to be the superpowers. We were known as "Sone Ki Chidiya" - A Golden Bird when invaders started coming in and slowly took away the "Indian Glory" and by the time, we got independence on 15th Aug 1947 and partitioned into two alienated countries, our wealth, respect and glory was stripped from our country by foreigners.
   
   
   Now that we are celebrating the #azadikaamritmahotsav with the completion of 75 years of Independence, we haven't been able to really protect our country from various attacks, encroachments, and most importantly the brain drain and talent loss; the result is that our Indian brothers and sisters have to leave the country for better prospects.
   
   
   Today, we feel proud that every large multinational company across the globe has Indians in their leadership, management & execution teams, and the fact that all of them are dying to contribute towards bringing their Bharat’s lost glory back.
   
   
   The purpose of publishing this book Sone Ki Chidiya Ko Jagao is to consolidate those efforts in a book and take it to each and every Indian across the globe and help contribute towards transforming India into a self-sustainable and financially independent economy leading to Zero-UnEmployment.    The co-authors of the book ‘Sone Ki Chidiya Ko Jagao’ envision a future harping on gigantic improvements in the 3E’s and developing an inclusive and accessible ecosystem for all:

   The ongoing transition to the ‘Metaverse’ and the need for upgrading oneself in this digital era is also captured in the book. This metamorphosis requires hard-core skill gap analysis which is the red flag that corporates are putting up. The Bringle team supports Vardaan in technology and the individuals by providing the vehicle to bridge the gap. It will ensure ‘the right person with the right skills in the right job’. The book brings to light how the first of the three E’s: ‘Education’ is carving a niche in the digital world, which if used with the right flavor can bring about a smooth transition for the youth.
