Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital is arranging a 10KM -'An Awareness Run For Women Safety' On this Republic Day 26th Jan 2020 at Wakad Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Our Mission: Our sole mission is to help India improve its reputation when it comes to 'Women Safety'. We wouldn't talk much about the already existing problems or safety issues that women face in their day to day life; instead, we would look for solutions and empower our lovely Indian Ladies.

Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital always contributing to many social events like PRO Kabaddi 2018, Shai Balaji Group of Institute College Run 2019, Tree plantation with Siddhant Institute of Business Management etc. We organize many free Health Check Camps in PCMC area. Now from this year, we are initiating 10KM run event which is contributing to spread an Awareness of Women Safety.

Note: All runners should report 30 min before the race.

1)Please choose the event category carefully based on your fitness level. 

2)Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile number which you access regularly since this will be our primary means of communicating any information related to the event.

3)Information sent to the participating on the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.

4)You are aware that long-distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious. Therefore, you take full responsibility for participating in this event and do not hold the organizing committee or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.

5)You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.

6)You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

7)You agree that event shall not be liable for any losses, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.

8)You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time, in the best interests of your health and the event’s safety.

9)You also agree to stop running if instructed by the Race Director, medical staff, or the aid station volunteers.

10)You confirm that your name and media recordings were taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.

11)You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by organizers or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.

12)You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force major or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

13)If for any reason you cannot turn up for BIB collection or on race day, you would not be allowed to run and no refund of any form will be given.

14)If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian of the child and that he/she has your permission to take part in the event. You further accept that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.

15)Registrations accepted till the last date 20-Jan-2019 or as long as the spots last, whichever is earlier.

16)We request total co-operation from runners in this regard.

All know that running or volunteering for a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless, I am medically able to perform this event and am in good health, and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, roller skates or roller blades, animals and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry. I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release associated organizers, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this wavier. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for any race purpose.
