Event Description:

I-Run Goa Marathon takes over on 4th.January.2026 ,Sunday celebrating 9 years of I-Help Foundation Goa & I-Run Goa Marathon. The 7th edition has been officially announced for 2026 and the event is gearing to light up Goa into a grand spectacle, like never seen before. The participants, volunteers, and spectators have been awaiting the event for long, and the event now returns with a best-in-class experience.

IRGM - I-RUN GOA MARATHON is where people celebrate their fitness, and come together to experience the joy of crossing the finish line with greater satisfaction and renewed purpose.

All the people who stand at the start line of the I-Run Goa Marathon begin their journey to the event months before by training and adding miles to their life.

I-Run Goa Marathon is a living, thriving model of how running can transform individuals and, in turn, entire communities. IRGM creates the necessary ambience for men, women and children of all ages to come out of their homes and run. As a result, running has become the key to unlock health, inspiration and community revitalization.

I-Run Goa Marathon has following race categories :

1) I-RUN 32 KM (20 MILER)

2) I-RUN 21 KM (HALF MARATHON)

3) I-RUN 10 KM (TIMED RUN)

4) I-RUN 05 KM (TIMED RUN)

5) I-RUN 05 KM (FUN RUN)

6) I-RUN 02 KM (CHARITY RUN)

PURPOSE: The I-Run Goa Marathon is dedicated to promoting a healthier, happier, and more conscious society through the unifying power of running. Our purpose is to inspire individuals and families  to embrace fitness as a way of life, while also raising awareness about crucial social and environmental causes such as child education, cleanliness, reducing plastic usage, tree plantation, and soil conservation. By bringing together people from all walks of life, we aim to create a movement that not only celebrates health and joy but also fosters responsibility towards our planet and future generations.

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND : I-Help Foundation Goa is one of the actively involved Youth Volunteering Organization working in the Social Field for the Upliftment of the underprivileged people across Goa.I-Help Foundation Goa is a registered Non-Government Organization, the Foundation has undertaken a multitude of social, educational and environmental projects like I-Help Outreach Goa, I-Educare, I-Warriors, I-Clean, I-Run,I-Help Blood Donation Camp and Health Checkup camps & many more.

I-Help Foundation Goa is also a platform which aims at providing opportunities for youth who want to take active part in community development despite of time constraints. I- Help Foundation aims to empower the youth to become positive change makers who will enable organizations and institutions to work without a vested interest.

VISION : The integrated and compassionate approach of I-Help Foundation has earned widespread recognition and appreciation from esteemed personalities, including Mrs. Mridula Sinha, Hon’ble Governor of Goa, and Shri Shripad Naik, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for AYUSH, Government of India. In acknowledgment of our impactful work, I-Help Foundation Goa was proudly named among the Top Ten Rising NGOs of 2021–2022 by ANI and several leading print media outlets.

EVENT AIM: I-Help Foundation Goa is set to conduct a series of social rejuvenation initiatives across the state, aimed at uplifting communities and promoting overall societal welfare.

In addition, under its flagship initiative "I-Help Educare", the foundation will be sponsoring free education for underprivileged children, empowering the next generation through access to quality learning opportunities.
