In this eight-hour interaction, spread over two days, you will learn the basics of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence. You will be equipped with strategies to manage yourself for better productivity and relationships.
Your facilitators:
Lt Col Ajay Chaudhari, an Army Veteran, is the lead trainer for the program. A renowned ICF-PCC, Ajay is a Leadership, EI and Life coach, with four decades of hands-on experience in the defence and corporate. His experience in the Army and myriad industries has given him a deep sense of understanding of the human psyche.
A trained Behavioural Analyst, Ajay is keenly interested in human behaviour. His expertise lies in Behaviour Modification and Skill Building. He encourages and empowers his clients to develop their cognitive process, dig deep to access their resolve, get clarity, visualise their goals and develop actions accordingly. Ajay is the recipient of 100 Most Talented Coaching Leaders (India) award by the World Coaching Congress and World HRD Congress.
