We envision a world where every road user, from cyclists to pedestrians, motorists to public transport users, can travel without fear and with confidence in their safety.

Through our thrilling Cyclothon, ZEST'24 aims to ignite awareness about road safety and responsible road practices.

    15 KM ROUTE

15 KM ride will start from COEP college ground and further - Shimla office - Pune University Chowk - Rishi Chowk - continue on Aundh Wakad road to cross Rajiv Gandhi bridge on Mula river- taking left before Sangavi traffic police station head towards Westend mall and meet at rishi chowk - From Rishi chowk head towards Pune university chowk again and further Sancheti chowk to end ride at COEP hostel ground.

    30 KM ROUTE

30 KM ride will start from COEP college ground and further - Shimla office - Pune University Chowk - Rishi Chowk - taking left before Sangvi traffic police station head towards Westend mall - to the old Aundh bridge crossing Mula River. continue on Aundh - Ravet BRTS Rd along the flyover to Rakshak Chowk- After crossing Kalewadi Chowk head to Dange Chowk flyover and take U Turn before the Bharat Petroleum petrol pump and on the return route head to again Pune University Chowk and end the ride at COEP college ground. [ Note that the route will take maximum flyovers to avoid traffic at Junctions (Chowk).

Registration Fees -

• 15 KM Category - ₹4̶9̶9̶ (₹450)
• 30 KM Category - ₹6̶9̶9̶(₹599)

RULES AND REGULATIONS* –

1. Participants must register via a specified online mode on Town script.
2. Wearing a Helmet while cycling is mandatory.
3. Wear your BIB number on your chest for identification.
4. Participants will not be allowed without BIB at the holding area on the event day.
5. Electric bicycles are not allowed; they will be disqualified if any participant is found.
6. Water bottles will be provided at water booths places at regular intervals along the route and Refreshments will be provided to the participants at the end of the race.
7. While cycling, the participants should consider their safety and the organizers will not be responsible for any unexpected incident.
8. Helmets, front headlight and rear lights/blinkers are compulsory for all cycles. Cyclists without helmets will not be allowed to participate. We will be riding in the dark at the start of the event and we do not want accidents only because somebody did not see something because of poor light.
9. Though the event organizer will provide all support of Hydration, Medical, Technician, and Crew support, it is expected that if participants have any prior medical condition, they have to take suggestions from their family doctor about participation.
10. All participants should take part at their own risk. COEP and event officials will not be held responsible if any mishaps/accidents occur during the event. We urge you not to participate if you are unfit to perform any strenuous activity.
11. This is a Cyclothon event and not a race. The road closure is for a few km distances and a few crucial points only. So every participant is expected to take care of their safety at their own risk and riders have to follow all the traffic rules.
12. BIB and EVENT KIT will be distributed a day before cyclothon. It is the responsibility of the participants to collect the BIB and EVENT KIT from the BIB Distribution Centre which will be announced soon.

TERMS & CONDITIONS* -

1. Participants once registered under any category, cannot cancel his/her registration. All Tickets are Non-refundable and Non-transferable. No arguments would be entertained.
2. You also agree to stop cycling if instructed by the event organizers.
3. Once the Gifts are given  exchange/replacement of any particulars will not be done under any circumstances
4. Please carry your puncture kits and spare tubes. Puncture fixing is not under our support. The backup will be provided only for cycle failure/breakdown.
5. You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.
6. The event will only be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen and unavoidable conditions. In such a case, all participants will be notified by email or website https://www.coepzest.org/ as soon as possible.
7. We are thankful to Pune Traffic Police for their guidance & support. Though the route has been carefully selected to avoid traffic, watch out for traffic and any obstacles on the route. Slow down or stop if necessary. SAFETY FIRST! Cycling speed and timing later!!
8. Understand that the event goes through the roads in the city and highways that may have vehicular traffic. You are requested to watch and be careful of vehicular traffic. We request total co-operation from participants in this regard.
9. The organizer has the right to change the venue, Route, and Event time as per the PMC, PCMC Guidelines, or Permission.
10. The Organising Team will not be responsible if the participants get misinformation from the organizing team.
11. Covid protocols apply as per current guidelines of Civic authorities and the Government of Maharashtra.
