A Journey Within: The Art of Journaling

A 9-to-5 job can leave professionals feeling drained, moving from one responsibility to another with little time to pause and simply be with themselves. Somewhere along the way, many of us get caught up in the herd - following routines, meeting deadlines, and responding to everyone around us, while rarely taking the time to listen to our own thoughts.

The Art of Journaling: A Journey of Self-Discovery is designed to be a small getaway from that constant rush.

This workshop offers participants a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through guided journaling and introspective exercises, you will have an opportunity to slow down, rewind, and listen to the thoughts and feelings that often get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

Before another busy week begins, this is a moment to choose yourself.

And perhaps, by the time you go home, you will carry with you not just a few written pages - but a new thought, a fresh perspective, or even a realization you didn't know you were looking for.

The workshop will be conducted by Smith Shah  -

Smith Shah is a career and communication coach who wandered through engineering, dived into storytelling, and somehow ended up helping people find their own voice, which, if you think about it, is a perfectly logical journey for someone who has never quite followed the obvious path.

He is a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University and a certified Global Career Counsellor from UCLA. He teaches writing at the Indian School of Development Management, where he has spent years helping postgraduate students think more clearly on paper. He has also spent eight years with Toastmasters International not just as a member, but as a leader, having served as Area Director for District 225.

When not focusing on his writing, you'd find him watching reruns of FRIENDS for 334th time and finding memes to use for his next session.
