Navigate the VUCA world with Human Biases

Amos Tversky and Daniel Kahneman pioneered research into cognitive biases in the early 70's. They discovered that we've evolved biases, or heuristics, as simple ways for the brain to make decisions. Whilst they have served us historically as humans and still do so in many situations, these biases sometimes introduce severe and systematic errors.

In this MeetUp, we'll look at those biases most likely to trip us up as Change Agents and what we should do about it.
