MTB NORTHEAST INTERNATIONAL
The 300 Km MTB Northeast International, World's Longest and Toughest One Day Cycling Race will be held on 12th December, 2026 at Itanagar, the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh, India.
The MTB Northeast Challenge is not just an ordinary sporting event; it is a celebration of endurance, camaraderie, and the indomitable spirit of human endeavour. It is now, the Longest One Day MTB race in the World, setting the stage for an unprecedented display of athleticism and determination.
With participants hailing from Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and 18 different states of India, the MTB Northeast Challenge promises to be a truly global affair, uniting cyclists from diverse backgrounds and cultures in a shared pursuit of excellence in the land of 100 tribes.
In addition to the thrilling race, the MTB Northeast Challenge will feature workshop on (i) Menace of Drug Abuse, (ii) Art of Professional Cycling, and (iii) Preservation of Nature, Culture & Environment, providing valuable insights and promoting awareness among participants and spectators alike.

- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Domestic Players and Protected Area Permit (PAP) or Restricted Area Permit (RAP) for Foreign Players
- Warmth Clothes & Sleeping Bag
- Torch Light
- Multi-Tools, Flat-tire Kits, Water bottle,
- Hand gloves, Goggle(Specs), Helmet
- Cycling Shorts & Jersey (not required for non-competitive participants)
