Townscript is a DIY platform. As event organizers, this gives you the ability to create your own event on our platform. The platform is very easy to use and helps you set up your registration page within a few minutes. Comes with many features like real-time access to your dashboard, single click refunds/cancellation, Add-on tickets to up-sell merchandise, hotel stay etc, mobile event manager app to manage registrations on the go, robust event analytics like page views etc and more. In the case of Ticket2U, you will have to wait until their event verification process is completed, which can take days. Whereas at Townscript it is instant.
As your event ticketing partner, we understand that as much as it’s important for you to achieve your desired ticket sales, it is equally important to keep a track of event reports & analytics. Not only does help it analyzing your event success, but also helps you in planning your future events accordingly. And that’s why we provide you with a detailed & comprehensive reporting section. You can check event-wise reports, cross-event analytics, net earnings, page views, refunds & cancellations and a lot more! But Ticket2U unlike us, provide a very basic sales report to their clients and again not to forget this is available on with advance ticketing option at Ticket2u.
On an Average, booking fees at Townscript is around 3.84% per ticket (including Payment Gateway charges). Whereas, Ticket2U on an average, charge 6% as their booking fees.
We at Townscript have an event managers app that assists you to manage registrations on your mobile phone and can also be used for check-in management & badge printing of your respective event. This is used by 20,000+ organizers. Whereas Ticket2U doesn't have this functionality.
As smart Event Managers, we understand the Ticket buyers’ psychology of how smooth they expect the purchasing process to be. Unlike Ticket2u, we at Townscript provide seamless integration with your website, where we focus on not distracting your customers by changing payment gateways and help them complete the entire transaction on your website itself. In the case of Ticket2u, the ticket buyer gets redirected to Ticket2u Page which distracts the buyer.
In Singapore, we work with Stripe & Paypal. In Indonesia, 80% of the transfers happen through ATM Bank transfer / Permata Bank transfer. In India, 40-50% of the transactions happen via Internet banking, E-Wallets & UPI (Unified Payment Interface). We at Townscript support these payment options in different countries to help you reach a wider audience and eventually helps you sell more tickets.
