WIPPA Global Wind Day Run 4.0

15th June is the Global Wind Day – a day to appreciate and acknowledge the power of wind!

To spread awareness of how wind energy is enabling the planet’s transition from fossil fuels to green power, WIPPA, Wind Independent Power Producers Association, is back with its flagship ‘Global Wind Day Run’. In its 4th edition this year, we have made it – BETTER & BIGGER – 10 kms (timed run) on 6th June at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi.

Reporting time – 5:30 AM, 6th June 2026. 

Every participant will get a T-shirt, cap, and a water bottle before the run, along with a medal and refreshments upon the completion of the run. Runners will have hydration support along the run route.
