Having fun, tasting and learning new things about Indonesian Cheese & Specialty Teas.
First, we will be tasting different types of teas from around the world blend in house by Art Teas Ubud. From delicate white tea to full on flavor and spices tea. Everything will be brewed in front of you while the tea master will share his story.
Afterward, we will be serving the six different types of Indonesian Cheese by Rosalie Cheese. We will taste, explore and discuss the different taste-texture of cheeses you might have encounter in any other part of the world.
Lastly, we will be discussing and show you how to pair each tea and cheese so the pairing will enhance and balance out the flavor.
There will be bread, jam and plenty of cheese to nibble during the event.
