24 HOURS SOLO RUN
0800 hrs to 0800 hrs (7th to 8th March)
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a 12 hours run or any 80K in last 2 years.

100 KMS SOLO RUN
Starts at 1700 hrs ⚠ on 7th March - Cutoff time - 15 hours
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a minimum of a Marathon under 4:45 hours or any 50K in last 2 years.

12 HOURS SOLO RUN
7th March - Slot X - 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs
7th March (+1) - Slot Y - 2000 hrs to 0800 hrs (Ends on 8th March)
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a Marathon or any 50K in last 2 years.

6 HOURS SOLO RUN
7th March - Slot Z [0800 hrs to 1400 hrs]
7th March - Slot A [1600 hrs to 2200 hrs]
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a Half Marathon in last 2 years.

3 HOURS SOLO RUN
7th March - Slot Z [0800 hrs to 1100 hrs]
7th March - Slot A [1600 hrs to 1900 hrs]
7th March - Slot B [1900 hrs to 2200 hrs]
8th March - Slot C [0400 hrs to 0700 hrs]
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years. 

1 HOUR SOLO RUN
7th March - Slot Z [0800 hrs to 0900 hrs]
7th March - Slot A [1600 hrs to 1700 hrs]
7th March - Slot B [1700 hrs to 1800 hrs]
8th March - Slot C [0600 hrs to 0700 hrs]
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 10 years.

Tuffman Trophies to First 3 Podium Finishers shall be awarded to Both Men & Women, from each run category, irrespective of the slots of the run (as applicable).

TITLE CRITERIA(S)
================

⭕ 161K and above distance finisher in 24H category will be an Ultra Tuffman / Ultra Tuffwoman. 

⭕ 100K finisher in 100K distance category under 15 hours will be a Tuffman / Tuffwoman.

⭕ 80K and above distance finisher in 12H category will be a Tuffman / Tuffwoman. 

⭕ 50K and above distance finisher in 6H category will be a Tuffman / Tuffwoman.

⭕ Rest all finishers under 3H or 1H will be Aspiring Tuffman / Tuffwoman.

FINISHING CRITERIA(S)

Please find the cutoff criteria(s) in the mentioned categories in respect to the MINIMUM DISTANCES & TIME BOTH that has to be covered in the stadium run. 

Category - Distance - Minimum Time

⭕ For 1 hr - 6 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 3 hrs - 15 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 6 hrs - 30 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 12 hrs - 55 Kms - 10 hrs

⭕ For 24 hrs - 110 Kms - 20 hrs

CANCELLATIONS / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUNDS
==============================================

Cancellation / Transfer of Ticket / Refund / Adjustment to future events is not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 50 days after the virtual event.
