Special instructions for this trek event:

* No crackers within nature.

* Plan may cancel at any time in case of high alert/unwanted weather/group size is below 10.

* Age limit 12 to 50 years.

* Age relaxation will be decided by organizers.

* Organizers are not responsible for participants vehicle parking anywhere.

* Speaker, Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the event.

* For cancellation please drop an email to NisargPremiTrekkers@gmail.com with name and cancellation reason.

* Plan may change as per weather condition.

* Discounts available for students.

* Snacks can be Poha, upma, Maggie or any other item's depending on the situation.

* Lunch/Dinner may be packed or limited Thali(Bhaji/Bhakari/Pithala/Rice/Dal/Batata/Khichadi/Pulav) as per availability and situation if it's in inclusion.

* All the food items are limited and you need to pay for extra orders.

* Please do not expect hotel kind of food service in trekking events.

* Remember we are not organizing picnic while trekking and camping.

* Group size may vary from 5 to 100 with terms and conditions.

* Private transport means(jeep, tamtam, car, LUV, SUV, Mini Bus, Bus).

* Door to door pickup and drop is an extra facility by organizers and we are responsible for first pickup and last drop only (eg. Pune to Pune)

* Our events are available at different sites and forums. However we consider our Facebook event as updated and authenticated post.

Covid 19 related instructions-

1. Minimum 2 masks are compulsory for every participant.

2. Pocket sanitizer (50ml) is mandatory.

3. Everyone should cover nose and mouth with a mask throughout the event and journey.

4. Oxygen Saturation level should be 92 to 100

5. Body temperature should be 97 to 99 °F

6. Must maintain 6 feet distance from each other.

7. Arogya Setu app is compulsory.

8. One should not be in contact with Covid 19 positive person in the last 14 days.

9. One should not have any Covid 19 symptoms.

10. Try to avoid entry in base village and by pass it.

11. If you have to cross the base village to reach your destination then go in a vehicle until you can go and try to avoid crossing it by walk.

12. Participant can bring tiffin (home food), own dish, bowl, plate, and spoon.(optional)

13. Carry plenty of water bottles and do not enter in any village or do not come in any contact for any reason with any villager.

14. One needs to provide confirmation on our agreement via email, Text or whatsapp. message

15. Will check oxygen saturation and body temperature before leaving from Pune. If anyone doesn't meet the required parameters then he/she will not be allowed to continue.
