Filled up with great discussions and active exercises to help participants hone essential coaching skills like self-awareness, coaching stance, mentoring, facilitation, active listening, powerful questioning and coaching for action.

As we know, An Agile coach serves as a mentor to the agile team, facilitating agile thinking and practices and empowering the teams and organization to reach their goals through improved team practices.

By providing focused guidance, the coach enhances awareness of the business goals and objectives and acts as a teacher, guide, problem solver, team builder and planner all at once. The agile coach is able to foster a new culture of agile-lean thinking and usher in positive change by changing the organizational culture and redefining the work paradigm to reflect an agile attitude.

This 3-day training program will help learner differentiate between and among teaching, mentoring, facilitating, consulting and coaching, and will help gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution for an Agile team.
