RACE DISTANCES CUTOFF(S) & MINIMUM AGE

DISTANCE – Start Time - Cut Off Timings - Minimum Age

⭕ Timed 10 KM - 05:45 AM - 2:00 hrs - Minimum 14 years old as on race day

⭕ Timed 5 KM - 06:00 AM - 1:15 hrs - Minimum 10 years old as on race day

⭕ Non Timed Fun Run 3 KM - 06:15 AM - NO CUT OFF TIME - Minimum 6 years old as on race day

RACE INCLUSIONS

10 KM & 5 KM Runners are entitled to receive an Official Event T-Shirt, Race Bag, Timing Bib, Pre-During-Post Race Hydration, Finisher Medal, Medical Support, Post-Race Refreshments, Professional Race Photography, Digital Finisher Certificate (for all finishers), Easy Search & Download of Race Photos, and an unforgettable race-day experience.

3 KM Runners are entitled to receive a Race Bag, Non-Timing Bib, Pre-During-Post Race Hydration, Finisher Medal, Medical Support, Post-Race Refreshments, Professional Event Photography, Digital Participation Certificate, Easy Search & Download of Race Photos, and a memorable race-day experience.

RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS

===========================

The race will start and finish at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Sector 128, Noida.

The race route will extend outside the hospital campus on well-planned roads to provide participants with a safe and enjoyable running experience.

There will be adequate hydration points, medical support, volunteers and aid stations along the route to ensure a smooth and comfortable race experience for all participants.

PODIUM FINISHERS FROM THE RACE

The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Age & Gender Wise Categories for the distances as mentioned below.

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are:

⭕ 14 years to 40 years of age

⭕ 41 years to 55 years of age

⭕ 55 years to 70 years of age 

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 5 KM are:

⭕ 10 years to 40 years of age

⭕ 41 years to 60 years of age

⭕ 61 years to above 

Please note that there would be no Age / Gender Categories in the Non Timed 3 KM Fun Run.

Cancellation, Transfer of Ticket, Refund or Adjustment to future events is not possible under any circumstances.

Any request received for cancellation, transfer or refund will not be eligible for consideration.

In case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure events, government restrictions, natural calamities or situations beyond the control of the organizers leading to event cancellation or postponement, the registration fee paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event format, venue, route, schedule or race categories whenever required in the interest of participant safety and event management.
