The Great Indian Skills Gamble
A design thinking workshop on education decisions in the age of Generative AI
Atlas for Behavior Change in Development (ABCD), Belongg, and Dalberg invite you to The Great Indian Skills Gamble, a design thinking workshop on how students, families, and professionals are navigating education and career choices as Generative AI reshapes the future of work.
Every week brings new headlines. AI will replace jobs. AI will create new ones. Certain degrees are becoming obsolete. Others are suddenly described as future proof. For anyone making or advising an education or career decision today, this noise is not abstract. It shapes real, high stakes choices.
Data and forecasts alone cannot give us clear answers. The real challenge is behavioural. How do people make good decisions when the future is uncertain and expert advice is fractured?
About the Event
A three hour design workshop bringing together students, parents, recent graduates, career counsellors, EdTech operators, and education professionals who are navigating education and career decisions in the age of AI. Through guided discussions and hands on activities, participants will surface how these decisions are actually made today and co create practical, behaviourally informed tools that can help people make better choices under uncertainty.
Who Should Attend
We are inviting people from across the education ecosystem. This includes students choosing streams or degrees, parents advising their children, graduates questioning their credentials, counsellors and EdTech operators shaping guidance, and anyone helping others navigate education decisions today. If AI uncertainty has touched your choices or your work, this space is for you.
