Trek to Harishchandragad & Kokankada

Location Address: Panchnai village ,Near Bhandardara Maharashtra.

Group discounts : Rs 125/- for 5 ppl & Rs 500/- for 10 ppl & Rs 1500/- for 15 ppl and above
Itinerary :
MUMBAI -
Saturday,
- Catch Kasara Fast local train leaving CST at 07:18 PM . You can catch the train from stops on the way.
- Reach Kasara and start travelling to base village via private jeep.
Sunday,
- Reach Base village and keep your extra luggage in the house .
- Start trekking towards Kokankada .
- Reach Kokankada and rest till 5 am .
- 5 am start trekking towards Taramati peak ( second highest peak in Maharashtra ) for sunrise .
- Start walking towards Kokankada and spend time at Kokankada
- Have breakfast.
- Visit Harishchandragad temple and Kedareshwar caves.
- Start descending to Base village
- Have lunch at Base village
- Depart for Kasara
- Reach Kasara and take train back to Mumbai
PUNE -
Saturday,
- Report at Shaniwar Wada by 8 pm.
- Pickup from xion mall , hinjewadi at 8:30 pm .
- Start travelling to base village via private bus.
Sunday,
- Reach Base village and keep your extra luggage in the house .
- Start trekking towards Kokankada .
- Reach Kokankada and rest till 5 am .
- 5 am start trekking towards Taramati peak ( second highest peak in Maharashtra ) for sunrise .
- Start walking towards Kokankada and spend time at Kokankada
- Have breakfast.
- Visit Harishchandragad temple and Kedareshwar caves.
- Start descending to Base village
- Have lunch at Base village
- Depart for Pune

07:58 pm : Thane
08:21 pm : Kalyan
09:32 pm : Kasara
Return Arrival:
7:00 PM at Kasara station on Sunday.
10:00 PM at Shaniwarwada on Sunday.
Things to carry:
- A photograph.
- Good grip shoes.
- Torch with extra batteries.
- Extra Pair of clothes.
- Water bottles 2-3 liters.
- Ready to eat food, like plum cakes, chocolate bar, some snacks & biscuits etc.
- Electoral or Glucon D powder.
- Personal medicines. Sun protection cap, goggles.

- Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.
- Complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
- Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule incase
- Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
