Event Information

This 21 day Lockdown, encourage your children to explore different concepts and themes, while at home.

This would help them enhance their creativity and would also keep them engaged.

An unoccupied or bored child is after all a parents nightmare.

As a responsible, concerned and caring parent, you would want your child aged 10+ years to attend our Online Accelerated Memory Workshop.

Memorize Anything with Ease. Do Away with Forgetting
The existence of forgetting has never been proved: We only know that some things don’t come to mind when we want them.” ~ Friedrich Nietzsche
I forget birthdays...
I am no good at names or numbers ...
My memory is terribly screwed up...
My memory ditches me in the exam hall.
If any of the above strikes a chord, or you realize that inadvertently you are nodding your head in agreement having read this, it is time to rejoice...You aren't Abnormal...
You can either continue to harp on how weak your memory is
OR
attend this Biweekly Online workshop and develop a supercharged memory.
Some general pointers towards developing a good Memory!!
For good memory absorption & retention, You need to be in a relaxed frame of mind. A relaxed mind also indicates a receptive mind. To substantiate, try reading when you are angry…really wild… nothing will be retained. Similarly, if you are tense, nothing will be retained…
So do whatever it takes to move into the “zone”. Listening to music, a brisk walk perhaps, deep breathing, petting your dog…whatever works for you…
Second
You need to understand the dynamics of getting new stuff into memory… Stuff gets stored in the brain when there is an association, a trigger associated with new stuff…
For ex, there are some teachers/professors who teach their subject so creatively, in a manner that appeals to the students, making them feel relaxed and interested…
Stuff is easily retained when you bring in elements of imagination, creativity, humor in ample quantities. The more whacky you get… the more you get information to reside in your brain cells.
For example,
Thermal Energy, Solar Energy, Atomic Energy Wind Energy, Hydro-Energy…
Try remembering this the conventional way and storing this info can be time-consuming, retention can also be challenging if memorized in an ordinary way…
The Alternative is to create an Acronym to recollect the different forms of energy wrt to the above example… WHATS Energy!! (Wind, Hydro, Atomic, Thermal, Solar) Energy or THAWS Energy
Another example
How would you remember or recollect the word “Roquefort”?? which is a type of Cheese
Bring in elements of humor and creativity and wackiness… imagining/ visualizing yourself in a “Fort” built of “Rocks” eating cheese. Once this association is done, you will remember it even if you try to forget…
Lastly, the above are only generic suggestions. Remember that you are your own creative director. So let your creative juices flow and happy memorizing :)
There is no such thing as Bad Memory. It is simply that the data presented is in all likelihood dull, drab & plain boring...it doesn't trigger or even tickle your brain's memory buds.
