Sunil's Fitness Wave Beach Run

* The first edition of Sunil's Fitness Wave Beach Run is planned on 26th May, Sunday, 6:30 am onwards at Miramar Beach. This run is in support of GOA clean beach initiative. 

* There will be three different distance categories in which runners can participate - 3 Km, 5 Km and 7 Km. There is no age limit to participate in any category. The entry fee to participate in any category is Rs. 500.

* All the participants of 3 Km, 5 Km and 7 Km category will get bib, gift vouchers, t-shirt, certificate and medal. In addition, the winners of 7 Km category will also get cash prizes (details to be announced).

* The run route is entirely on beach (sand surface), quite scenic and it will be beautiful experience for all the runners participating. The run start and end point will be Miramar beach entry point (infront of Miramar circle) and runners will run towards the direction of Caranzalem beach.

* The aid stations with water, energy drinks, energy bytes and medical kit will be setup at different points along the route.

* The run event will be covered by official photographers, videographers and media; and pics and videos will be shared with all the participants and will be posted online.

* The pre run warm-up and post run cool down will be conducted by Sunil's Fitness wave Instructors team. In addition, there will be fun fitness physical challenges post run where any runner can participate and can win prizes on-spot.

ENTRY RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. The last date for form registration is 13th May 2019. The T-shirts will be given to all the participants ONLY IF form is submitted by 13th May 2019. For late or on-spot registrations, T-Shirts will be given on availability basis.  

2. The details in the form can not be changed once submitted. We will not entertain any requests regarding change in race distance category or t-shirt size etc once form is submitted. 

3. The registration cannot be cancelled, and registration amount is non-refundable once the form is submitted.

DISCLAIMER (by registering online, its assumed that you have signed the below disclaimer)

1. I am fully aware that training for the run and running in the beach run event may result in unforeseen accidents or serious injury. I am voluntarily participating in the beach run event with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury.

2. I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit and capable of participating in the chosen race distance category.

3. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the beach run event. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf.

4. I agree to assume all risks associated with participating in beach run event and agree to release and hold harmless the Beach run team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

5. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Beach run, its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.

6. I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents.

7. If I am under 18 years of age at the time of registration, my parents or legal guardians have fully read, understood, and consented to the terms of this Waiver and Release and by signature below authorize my participation.

8. By signing this waiver, I have indicated that I have read, understood and agreed to the Waiver and Release above.
