ABOUT THE MENTOR
Learn from Ms. Varsha Gupta, Insolvency enthusiast, Ex-Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and was a Consulting Editor at IBC16.
She has several publications on IBC and she has recently co-authored an article on “The return of IBC: How are M&A deals shaping up?" for Economic Times CFO with Mr. Anoop Rawat, Equity Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
She has extensive experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy field and secured PPO at a top tier law firm.
ABOUT THE LAST BATCH
Ms. Varsha mentored 21 students and lawyers and helped them learn the practical aspects including applications filed for insolvency resolution, important terms of a resolution plan, verifying creditor's claim, preparing general responses to creditors queries and challenges faced during the process.
It helped her mentees in writing blogs on IBC, performing well in internships, and securing many more opportunities including recommendations for internships.
