Delight in a genuine Pongal celebration with our Unlimited Authentic Sadhya Banana Leaf Feast! Savour over 30+ delectable dishes, meticulously prepared and served on a Banana Leaf. Our culinary artisans have curated an array of flavours, from Sambar to Avial, rooted in heritage recipes.
Seating & Entry Guidelines
- The Santosham Pongal feast runs daily between 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with entry allowed strictly as per the 60-minute slot selected on the ticketing platform.
- Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than the slot mentioned on their ticket.
- If you arrive late, you may only be allowed entry if the next slot has availability or at the end of the session, depending on that day’s bookings.
- In case of unforeseen delays, seating times will be adjusted sequentially according to booking order.
- As Onam is celebrated as a shared community feast, seating will follow a communal dining format.
Ticket Reservations
- Choose your preferred date and slot, and complete the payment.
- A QR code / confirmation email with your ticket ID will be sent to you.
- Present the ticket at the venue to receive your seat (or takeaway parcel) at the scheduled time.
Terms & Conditions
Tickets
- All Onam feast tickets must be purchased only through the official ticketing platforms.
- Availability is first-come, first-served.
- Each ticket is for one individual only and cannot be transferred.
- Tickets will be digitally scanned at entry and marked as redeemed to prevent multiple usage.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be combined with discounts or other offers.
- Applicable taxes will be charged separately.
Pongal Sadhya Feast
- Your ticket includes either the Full Pongal Sadhya (30+ items) or the Takeaway Onam Sadhya (26 items).
- The restaurant reserves the right to make substitutions or changes to the menu if required.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled by the restaurant.
- In such cases, guests will be notified and refunds processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Age Policy
- Children aged 5 years and above require a ticket.
- Kids under 5 years may share from the same plate without a ticket.
- Age-related restrictions may apply for certain time slots or events.
Conduct & Behaviour
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards staff and fellow diners.
- Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
- Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inquire beforehand about ingredients. Please note that customization of dishes is not possible.
- Since this is a community-style meal, accommodating special requests is not possible.
Liability
- The restaurant is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings during the event.
- Attendance is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
Photography & Media
- The restaurant may capture photos or videos during the feast for promotional use.
- By attending, guests agree to allow use of their images or likeness in such materials.
Takeaway Parcel Policy
- Guests with a takeaway ticket must collect their Sadhya parcel from the selected outlet on the booked date and within the specified pickup time.
- Takeaway tickets are non-refundable, except if canceled by the restaurant.
- Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inquire beforehand about ingredients. Please note that customization of dishes is not possible.
- A valid ticket or booking confirmation must be shown at pickup.
- Tickets will be scanned at the time of parcel collection and cannot be reused.
- Late pickups may not be honoured, as the parcel’s freshness cannot be guaranteed.
- Food must be consumed within 2–3 hours of the allotted time.
- Once handed over, the restaurant is not responsible for damage or spoilage; safe handling is the guest’s responsibility.
