Basis our industry and consulting experience (including the launch of a successful start up), we have created SAMPURNA…(whole, in Sanskrit). The philosopher in us says, is anything whole ever ? Hence, the dots.  

 

It combines a two (2) day in-person workshop with optional personalised 1-1 coaching for 3 to 6 months.  

 

In the workshop, we  will go into the depths of EQ (Emotional Quotient), tested communication frameworks, role plays, case studies and very interesting activities.  

 

At the end of the program, you will have greater awareness of your skills and greater hunger and excitement to monetise them – either at the workplace or in your professional journey 

FACILITATORS  

 

Kingshuk Ganguly is a internationally certified Coach and a former Sr Director & Global Learning Head at CRISIL (S&P Global company). In 2011, he launched his startup (LIGHTBULB MOMENTS CONSULTING) which served 75 clients in 16 countries (all are referrals). He is trained at Harvard Law School and The Tavistock Institute (UK). He is certified on 7 instruments. He has 20+ years of corporate experience. 

 

 Aditya Kuchibhotla is a Chartered Accountant and a certified EQ practitioner and Coach. He is a former Executive Director with JP Morgan, besides global leadership roles with Maersk and Schlumberger in Africa. Aditya is a certified NLP practitioner, trained in Psychological Counselling, an author and a Six sigma Green Belt (from GE). He has 19+ years of  corporate experience.
