RIF Screenwriting Lab

The RIF Screenwriting Lab is a focused, mentor-led initiative by Reborn India Film designed to support emerging screenwriters and help them develop their stories into pitch-ready scripts. This program is built to empower original voices in cinema and guide writers through the journey from idea to industry-level script.

The lab is structured in two phases:

First, a series of online mentorship sessions with experienced screenwriters, focusing on story structure, character development, tone, and rewriting.

Then, a full-day in-person lab in Mumbai, where participants will receive hands-on mentorship, live feedback, and pitching preparation from industry professionals.

At the end of the lab, the selected participants will pitch their projects to a panel of production houses curated by RIF and its partners. This is a rare opportunity to present your work directly to decision-makers in the industry.
