Overview:
Remote teams are hard to handle, and remote meetings are a challenge to facilitate,
This course is designed to help participants become super facilitators. It will help you build synergy within the team and add value to the delivery.
It will teach you the principles of teamwork and meeting facilitation so essential in this new era.
The course is based on;
- Lisette Sutherland’s Work Together Anywhere workshops, which have been running for the past four years.
- Dov Tsal’s experience as a mindfulness meeting-facilitator.
It comprises four online sessions that are designed for up to 15 people. In these interactive sessions, you will discover lots of tools, principles, and ideas. You will also get the chance to experience what you learn about effective remote meeting facilitation and teamwork.
