Kutch Rann Utsav Itinerary

1 Night / 2 Days - Rann Utsav Packages
Day 1

• 07:00 AM TO 09:30 AM – Pick up from Bhuj Airport / Railway Station / Bus Station and proceed to your Resort near White Rann.
• 09:30 AM TO 10:30 AM – Take your Breakfast (on your own) on the way to Resort.
• 11:30 AM TO 12:30 PM – Check in to resort and freshen up (Early Check in and Late Checkout subject to availability).
• 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM – Lunch Time at common dinning area and will be served as per fixed traditional menu.
• 02:30 PM to 04:00 PM – Proceed to visit Black Hill or Kalo Dungar and Gandhi nu gam (handicraft village).
• 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM – Transfer to White Rann to witness the Grandeur of Sunset.
• 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM – Enjoy at white Rann Fair / Cultural Program and Rann Utsav Photography.
• 09:00 PM to 09:30 PM – Enjoy your Dinner and Night stay at Resort near White Rann.

Day 2

• 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM – Proceed to Lakhpat Fort.
• 04:30 PM to 06:30 PM – Proceed to Narayan Sarovar and Koteshwar. Enjoy sunset at Koteshwar.
• 06:30 PM to 09:00 PM – After sunset proceed to Mandvi Hotel / Resort.

Cancelation And Refund Policy

• 25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• 50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
• 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.\
• Change in guest / guests names would be treated as Cancellation.

Child Policy

• 1-year to 5 years Child= Complimentary.
• 6-year to 10years Child = 50% Cost of an adult cost.
• 11-year and above considered as an adult.

 **Note: Organiser reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.

Inclusions

• To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Bus Stop/Railway Station and Dhordo/ Hodka, in Private AC vehicle).
• Accommodation in kutchi bhungas is on twin sharing basis.
• All Meals will be Veg. only. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on last day.
• 3 Nights/4 Days Package includes Lunch & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, & Dinner on 2nd & 3rd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 4th Day.
• 2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day.
• 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day.
• Visit to White Rann on Day 1, visit to Mandvi on Day 2 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Nights/4 Days package whereas visit to White Rann on Day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Nights/3 Days package are fixed & cannot be inter-changed. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.

Exclusions

• White Rann Entry Permit.
• Train or Flight Tickets
  
• Meal other than mentioned in inclusion.
• Guide or entrance fees to monuments, museum, etc.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, boating & joy rides. Additional sightseeing or usage of the vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Any other item not mentioned in Inclusion.

Terms and Conditions

1. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
2. In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
3. Private AC vehicle with driver will be provided for your entire tour.
4. Pick-up and drop-off at Railway Station/ Bus Station / Airport.
5. The Voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
6. In case of late arrival, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
7. In case of early arrival, guests may be required to wait till the availability of the kutchi bhunga.
8. Any amendments with respect to change in check-in dates would attract 15% amendment charges. Amendment in date can be made maximum 15 Days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any change in guest/guests names would be treated as cancellation and would attract cancellation charges as stipulated.
9. Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
10. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics / laptop or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.
11. This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
12. The timings of transfer to and from White Rann and/or Kala Dungar may vary accordingly to the sunset timing & climatic conditions.
13. White Rann is a unique natural formation. It’s subjected to whims of nature. Managment does not assume responsibility in respect to formation of Rann or any other unexpected changes.
14.  All kutchi bhungas are Strictly Non–smoking areas as per Government rules.
15. Gujarat is a 'dry state' by law when it comes to alcoholic drinks. It is therefore illegal to carry, purchase or consume alcohol in the entire Gujarat state. Alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed within the resort premises. Management is not responsible, if any guest is caught in drunken condition by the local police. Also Resort reserves the right, not to allow any guest/s in resort culture activity to dance, drums and any party in that event.
16. Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
17. Managment reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
18. Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & condition is subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

SMOKING AND DRINKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THE TOUR (Offenders will be expelled from the program on the spot)
