How is the workshop structured?
The course is designed with adult learning in mind and provides an interactive and friendly environment for collaborative learning.
This ICP-BAF Online workshop is made of five 2 hour, interactive online sessions. The 1st seesion starts March 16 and continues for the next 5 Saturdays until April 13 2019, each Saturday 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

Helen combines pragmatic, down to Earth approach with getting things done attitude. Her ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and obtain a buy in makes her clients happy with the outcomes. Her work is drawing the best out of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps, holacracy, integral theory, theory of constraints, lean accounting, lean change, #noprojects, management 3.0, immunity to change, servant leadership and other practices to assist organisations with thriving in the 21st VUCA world.
