How is the workshop structured?

The course is designed with adult learning in mind and provides an interactive and friendly environment for collaborative learning.

This ICP-BAF Online workshop is made of five 2 hour, interactive online sessions. The 1st seesion starts March 16 and continues for the next 5 Saturdays until April 13 2019, each Saturday 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

Helen Snitkovsky

Helen is business agility consultant and enterprise agile coach who is guiding organisations to increase business agility since 2007 and runs her own Melbourne based consultancy. Business agility is the ability of an organisation to rapidly adapt to market and environmental changes in productive and cost-effective ways. Helen combines pragmatic, down to Earth approach with getting things done attitude. Her ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and obtain a buy in makes her clients happy with the outcomes. Her work is drawing the best out of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps, holacracy, integral theory, theory of constraints, lean accounting, lean change, #noprojects, management 3.0, immunity to change, servant leadership and other practices to assist organisations with thriving in the 21st VUCA world.

In addition to that, Helen is active member of community and an acclaimed public speaker.

Prior to embarking upon her first transformation back in 2007, Helen spent many years in various corporate roles ranging from hands-on development to program management. She combines deep knowledge of theory and principle with the practical insights only years of application can provide.

Whether working with senior executives or delivery team members she is both passionate and pragmatic in pursuing her mission of facilitating sustainable movement towards true business agility and a culture of innovation.
