New Year's Eve Malshej Ghat Camping
Location - Panshet Dam, Pune.

EARLY BIRD ( till 25th Dec ) :
- Camping - 1999 /- per person
- Camping + Travel - 2500/- per person
After 25th Dec :
- Camping - 2499 /- per person
- Camping + Travel - 3000/- per person
( Mumbai Pickups : Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Dadar, Chembur, Mulund, Thane, Kalyan)
( Pune Pickups : Pune station , Wakad bridge )

Accommodation :
The tents are pitched on the near the lake itself.
Tents will have mattresses, pillows and blankets.
COVID Guidelines :
- Mask and maintaining social distance with others is mandatory throughout the trip.
- Buses will be fully sanitised before the use.
- Carrying your own sanitisers , gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.
- Food will be freshly cooked and packed as per WHO guidelines.
Detailed Itinerary :
Day 1:
- 4:30 pm: Reach campsite on your own travel (bike/car).
- 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Unlimited Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you freshen up.
- 7:30- 8:30 pm: Enjoy Unlimited Veg or Non-Veg Starters
- 9:00 pm : Hit the dance floor
- 10:00 - 11:30 pm : Unlimited Veg/ Non- veg Dinner
- New years eve celebration with fireworks
- 1:00 pm : Sleep or chit chat with your friends
Day 2:
- 6:30 am: Hangover wake-up call
- 7:30 am: Breakfast
- 10:00 pm: Leave the campsite for respective cities
- 04:00 pm: Reach Pune
- 08:00 pm : Reach Mumbai

How to reach the campsite :
- A- Reach Kalyan station and take a jeep @6000rs for 12 people max
- B- Post registration, we will send you the GPS location of the campsite. Drive directly to the campsite.
- C- Home pickup and drop @8000/- for 8 people max with return journey

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% amount to be paid in advance to book the trip.
- If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- No refund if cancelled 9 days prior to the event.
- No show = No refund.
TREKHIEVERS POLICIES :
- Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
- Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.
- Complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
- Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule incase
- Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
- We strictly follow no alcohol, no drugs and no litter policy.
