TREKHIEVERS is back with another Jha-kaass New Year Party on the Panshet Backwaters. Gear up to celebrate an evening packed with Live Band, Bonfire, DJ, Movie under the sky coupled with delicious barbecue, and delicious meals!

• The tents are pitched on the near the lake itself.
• Tents will have mattresses, pillows and blankets.

• 04.00pm - Reporting at Campsite and check-in

• 06.00pm - Enjoy indoor/outdoor games with friends.
• 06.30pm - Enjoy Sunset & cozy evening with photography
• 07.00pm - Live Music by Amol Sawant
• 08.30pm - starters

Day 2 - 1st January, 2022

How to reach the campsite :

• A- Post registration, we will send you the GPS location of the campsite. Drive directly to the campsite.
• B- Catch public transport to Panshet and then take a jeep ( local transportation shared among the group of Max 10 peoplel) to the campsite.
• C- We provide Pune to campsite pick and drop transportation, with extra charges of 500 Rs per person       

COVID Guidelines :

• Mask and maintaining social distance with others is mandatory throughout the trip.
• Buses will be fully sanitised before the use.
• Carrying your own sanitisers , gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.
• Food will be freshly cooked and packed as per WHO guidelines.

• Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
• Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.
• Complete schedule of the camping will be given later to registered participants
• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case
• Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.

• Post registration, we will send you the GPS location of the campsite. Drive directly to the campsite.
• Home pickup and drop @8000/- for 8 people max with return journey.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% amount to be paid in advance to book the trip.
• If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No refund if cancelled 9 days prior to the event.
• No show = No refund.
