Home Delivery of Race Kits-

You may opt for home delivery of your event kit while filling the form. This facility remains available till 14days before the event day i.e. 26th Jan 2026

Race Categories-

10Km Run (7:30am start, Min age 16yrs, cutoff time limit 1:30hrs, two loop)- 2000/-

5Km Run (7:35am start, Min age 12yrs)- 1600/-

3Km Junior Run (7:35am start, Age 10 - 14yrs)- 1400/-

5Km Walkathon (Min age 12yrs, 6:55am start, non-timed)- 1200/-

Flat Discount on offer-

60% discount till 31st Dec 2025

50% discount till 12th Jan 2026

Last date of registration is 20th Jan, 2026 or as soon as targeted slots are filled.

Rewards & Felicitations:

The fastest 3 males & females in each distance category (10Km, 5Km & 3Km Junior Run) will be felicitated with trophies. Ranking by Net Time or chip time.

5Km Walkathon is a non-competitive category.

Refund Policy-

- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a refund (excluding processing fee).

Waiver statement:

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
