 Date: Sunday, 21st September 2025
Flag-Off: 6 AM sharp

Start Point: Bhillavasti, Dongergaon
End Point: Lilium Park, Imampur Ghat

Pickup Time: 5 AM

Pickup Points:

    Point 1: Bhausaheb Firodia High School Ground, Maliwada
    Point 2: The Castle, Savedi

Rules & Regulations

    No Refund / No Transfer: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
    Confirmation Email: Please retain your registration confirmation email for future reference.
    BIB Mandatory: Wearing the BIB is compulsory throughout the trek. It is your access pass to the finisher medal, post-trek refreshments, and other event privileges.
    Medical Fitness: The organizing team reserves the right to stop any participant deemed medically unfit by our certified medical staff.
    Safety Compliance: Participants must adhere to instructions from the on-ground crew and safety personnel at all times.
    Photography Consent: Photos and videos captured during the event may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
    Security Checks: May be conducted to ensure participant safety and smooth operations.
    Non-Transferable Rights: BIBs and other entitlements are strictly personal and non-transferable.
    Subject to Change: Rules and event details are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
