This is a recovery class that includes self myofasical release followed by mobility / flexibility work.
Loosening the muscles and increasing the range of motion in tight joints is the key!
Followed by animal flow moves for strength, agility and mobility...
EQUIPMENTS REQUIRED : FOAM ROLLER or Plastic PVC pipe 3-4inch diameter 12-15inch long works / a mat / water bottle.
I like variations and challenges that's why designed this class to make
everyone move more and move well in this situation when we are locked down in our
own houses due to COVID-19.
