Green Run ‘26 is a city-wide morning run, organised by Lucknow Development Authority, celebrating fitness, sustainability, and the collective spirit of a greener future. Set along the scenic Green Corridor, this event invites citizens to step out, move together, and reconnect with the city’s evolving green spaces.

This is more than a run. It is a shared movement that encourages healthier lifestyles, promotes environmental consciousness, and brings communities together in a meaningful way.

The event is built around the idea that small steps can lead to larger change. Every participant becomes part of a collective effort to build a more active, aware, and environmentally responsible Lucknow.

Participants will cover approximately 5,000 steps along the Green Corridor, experiencing one of the city’s most thoughtfully developed urban stretches that reflects Lucknow’s commitment to progress and sustainability.

Who Can Participate

This is an open community event.

Participants also have the option to register as a duo (partner entry) and complete the run together as a shared experience.

Rules and Guidelines

1. Participants must follow the designated route at all times

2. Bib number must be worn visibly throughout the event

3. Participants should report at least 60 minutes before flag-off

4. Follow instructions from event marshals, volunteers, and authorities

5. Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering along the route

6. Any misconduct or unsafe behavior may lead to disqualification

7. Participants are advised to carry minimal personal belongings

8. Duo participants must stay together throughout the run to qualify

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable

2. Participants must be medically fit to take part in the event

3. Organizers reserve the right to modify event details if required

4. The event may be rescheduled due to weather or administrative conditions

5. By registering, participants consent to photography and videography

6. Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event
