Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program - Bronze Level:
The Kirkpatrick Model comprises of the foremost training evaluation methodology in the world. In this program, you will learn directly from The Kirkpatricks, the true and correct Kirkpatrick methodology and apply it to your own program to maximize business results. A focus of this two-day program is the exploration of how to ensure that what is learned transfers to on-the-job behaviors. During this course you will go through the four levels, receive a participant manual filled with examples and templates that you may borrow and adapt to build your own tools, and gain a complete understanding of what each level measures.
A unique feature of this course is the exploration of how to ensure that what is learned transfers to on-the-job behaviors. You will learn why training alone is not enough, and receive guidance to make sure that what you teach actually gets used on the job. You will receive a grade and personalized comments for your own evaluation plan you submit at the end of the course to become certified.
Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program – Silver Level:
The Silver Certification provides the structure and support you need to successfully execute a complete program evaluation plan. During this one-day program and through formal, ongoing support, you will learn the key questions to ask during data collection and analysis, as well as how to use that information to ensure maximum on-the-job application and subsequent results. You also will learn how to identify and leverage success factors for future initiatives. Common challenges and their solutions will be discussed in large and small group discussions. The program concludes with the creation of individual action plans for program execution and final reports. Kirkpatrick Silver level certification is obtained after the participant makes a final presentation of the program’s outcome and results to Kirkpatrick Partners via a conference call scheduled within 12 months of course attendance.
NOTE: Only Kirkpatrick Bronze certified professionals are eligible for Silver certification.

This program is appropriate for all professionals who wish to create program plans that maximize organizational value while minimizing resources employed, and to demonstrate that value to key stakeholders.
Participants come from corporations, government agencies, military branches, training companies and consulting firms. There are no prerequisites for this program.
