The Bib & Kit Collection would be held at Decathlon NIBM on 10th October 2026 (Saturday).

Route:

3 Km: Start from country club, go till Nyati Windchimes gate, turn and go till Nyati Elite, turn and come back to country club main gate.

5 Km: Start from country club, go till Nyati Ethos Gate, turn and go till Nyati Windchimes gate, turn and go till Dhruv Global School Gate 3, turn and go till Nyati Elite Gate, turn and come back to Country Club main gate

10 Km: 5 km route x 2 loops

Flag off time:

3 Km: 7:45 a.m.

5 Km: 7:15 a.m.

10 Km: 6:30 a.m.

You don't need to be an experienced runner. Just bring your energy, your enthusiasm and your love for movement.
This is a non-timed recreational event. No timing chips, official timing results or timing certificates will be provided!

This is a non-competitive event with no Winners or Runners-Up. The focus is simply on participation, fun, and completing the challenge. 🏃‍♂️

Every finisher will receive a Finisher Medal! 🏅

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for KHELNJOY Runathon 2026, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the event is voluntary. By registering, participants acknowledge that running and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, exhaustion and other unforeseen circumstances. Participants voluntarily assume responsibility for participating in the event.

3. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in their selected category. Participants must immediately inform event/medical personnel if they feel unwell or experience any injury or medical issue during the event.

4. Organiser's Right to Modify the Event: KHELNJOY reserves the right to modify the route, timings, venue arrangements, categories or other event-related arrangements where necessary due to Weather conditions, Traffic or road conditions,   Safety concerns, Government/Police/Traffic Police directions, Venue-related circumstances, Other circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.

5. Event Cancellation / Postponement: In the event that the Runathon needs to be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond KHELNJOY's reasonable control, the organiser will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants.

6. Registration Cancellation & Refunds: All registrations are final and non-refundable. Once a participant has successfully registered and the payment has been made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellation or non-participation by the participant.

7. Disqualification / Removal: KHELNJOY reserves the right to prevent participation or remove a participant from the event in case of Unsafe or reckless behaviour, Misconduct or abusive behaviour, Violation of event rules, Use of another person's registration/bib,Failure to follow instructions from organisers, marshals, Police/Traffic Police or medical personnel, Any behaviour that may endanger the participant or others.

8. Route & Traffic: The event will take place on designated roads/route sections with necessary permissions and traffic coordination. Participants must comply with instructions issued by Police/Traffic Police and event officials.

9. Medical Assistance: KHELNJOY will arrange reasonable event-day medical and ambulance support. Such support is intended for emergency/event assistance and does not replace the participant's responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice or treatment.

10. Photography & Promotional Rights: By participating in the event, participants acknowledge and consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. KHELNJOY and its event partners may use such photographs and recordings for legitimate event-related documentation, marketing, promotional and social media purposes.

11. Partner Promotions: KHELNJOY's event partners may conduct promotional activities, sampling and brand activations at designated areas. Participants may choose whether or not to participate in such activities.

12. Personal Property: KHELNJOY shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought to the event.

13. Accuracy of Information: Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate. KHELNJOY shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the participant.

14. Final Authority: KHELNJOY reserves the right to take reasonable decisions necessary for the safe and smooth conduct of the event. Decisions made by the organisers and authorised event officials regarding event operations and participant safety shall be final.

15. Agreement: By completing registration and making payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Participant Guidelines and Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by the instructions of KHELNJOY, event officials and relevant authorities.
