REPORTING TIME : 6:30 AM at Katraj old tunnel top.

FLAG OFF TIME: 8.00 AM from Katraj old tunnel top.

ROUTE: Katraj old tunnel top to Sinhgad fort base (Forest Ticket Booth)

Entry Fees -

Per Team - Rs.1599/- (includes bib, dry fit t-shirt, finishers medal, post race refreshments)

Solo Participant - Rs.999/- (includes bib, dry fit t-shirt, finishers medal, post race refreshments)

Categories (team of 2 or Solo)

1. Open Mix (1 male & 1 female)
2. 40+ Mix (1 male & 1 female)
3. Open Solo ( Male / Female)
4. 40+ Solo (Male / Female) 

Cut-off timing -  8 HRS (All Teams must finish full course in given time)

Cash Prizes may differ if participants or teams are less than 15 in each category

We may merge the categories if participants in any category are less than 10.

Rules & Regulations : -

All Team members must be minimum 18 years of age. (except in the 40+ Category)

All Solo participants must be minimum 18 years of age.

All the mandatory things are compulsory. 

All Solo Participants and Teams needs to show all mandatory things to organizers at the start line.

If any team or solo participant fails to carry mandatory items leads to disqualification and will not be allowed to participate in the race.

NO transport, food or water will be provided by organizers during the race course.

Parking not allowed at the Katraj Old tunnel. All participants and teams should be present at the starting line. All Teams and Solo participants failing to have registration stamp and start sign will be out of the race.

No team members are allowed to change once you registered for race.

Medals and refreshments for all finishers at the finish line.

Fees once you paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.

All rights are reserved with the management.This is semi supported race hence you should carry all the mandatory things which has given below -

Each team must carry one small sack,

Min 4 liters of water

2 energy bars

2 electrolyte sachet

2 Hiking or Walking Sticks

1 first aid kit

Must wear Good Quality trekking or sports shoes

Identity Proof (aadhar card / driving licence)

Solo Category

Each solo participant must carry one small sack,

Min 2 liters of water

1 energy bar

1 electrolyte sachet

1 first aid kit

1 Hiking or Walking Sticks

Terms & Conditions

You understand the risks involved and requirements of competing the K2S MONSOON ADVENTURE RACE.

You have gone through necessary training to compete in the race. Race will begin early morning in light and will be end in mid-evening. You will be responsible for yourself and should have the ability to deal with any problems that may be encountered during the race.

You can deal with, on your own without assistance, deteriorating weather conditions (low temperatures, strong winds, and rain) and other troubles expected on route. 

You can deal with extreme fatigue, internal organ and digestive problems, muscle pain, mild physical injuries, and psychological problems on your own.

By registering for the event, you confirm your acceptance that the organizers can send you communication from time to time regarding K2S MONSOON ADVENTURE RACE. 

By entering the event venue and / or participating in the race, the attendees permit themselves to be photographed / recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast / publication and other display usage by the organizers.

By registering for the event, you have confirmed and given your consent that the information provided by you - name, address, email id, contact number, blood group, fitness certificate etc. are correct and the same has been provided by you willingly.

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and are participating in the event at their own risk. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible or liable for any sort of bodily injury, illness or death sustained to or by you whatsoever and howsoever this is caused.

You must be aware that the property you will be running on is the property of Maharashtra State Forest Department, Village Gram Panchayat limits and that you will respect the environment you are passing through at all times.

You fully understand that you are responsible for overcoming the above conditions on your own and that it is not the responsibility of the race organizers. You are fully aware that when participating in an outdoor activity such as this race, your safety depends on your own skills and abilities. Video/television footage, photos, articles, race results, etc.may be used and/or shown in newspapers, television, magazines, internet, pamphlets, etc. You understand and agree that these rights belong to the race organizers and may be used for these purposes by them or entities authorized by them. Each participant expressly foregoes his/her image rights for the photos taken for the duration of the race and undertakes not to take any action against the organizers and sponsors.
