You can easily follow along there’s no right or wrong way to dance, Just take into account that if we intend to work out then focus on full execution and complete steps. As long as you move to the beat of the music, you’re participating in the exercise.
The session will be conducted live via zoom. It will start with a quick warmup session moving straight in the easy to follow dance routines. The session will take place on Friday and on Saturday evening at 7:00 pm.
