ABOUT THE EVENT

Welcome to the Sixth Edition of Sheth Half Marathon

In the beautiful city of Thane

VENUE

VIVIANA MALL, THANE, MUMBAI, INDIA

Run start at Viviana Mall and end at Sheth Avalon.

Terms and Conditions:

Cut off time for 21km is 3.30 hours after the race starts.

T-Shirt size is subjected to manufacturer’s sample which may alter on an individual basis.

In case of Kids, the first available size is XS (meant for adults).

No Refund / transfer request Post registration will be entertained.

Registration done other than your specific age group will not be eligible for prizes.

No BIB distribution will be done on the event day.

Please read all instructions before registering for the event.

Applicants for 21K/10K must be the age of 18 years as on 9th June 2019.

Applicants for 6K Fun Run must be the age of 8 years as on 9th June 2019.

Minors between 6-12 years must be accompanied by a guardian/parent who is a participant under the same race category.

Entry Confirmations

Massages confirmations and running number [BIB / Chest Number] will be sent to all the confirmed participants who have given their valid Mobile number in the registration form.

Registration Status:

On registration being successfully submitted, registrants will receive an email and SMS, confirming their registration with a unique booking ID.

Runners will receive an email and SMS with their BIB number and other details closer to the race day.

Race Regulations

You are to participate only in the race category for which you had applied and for which your entry has been confirmed. Your entry and running number bib and/or bib tag is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.

No refund of entry fee will be made.

Winners Medal

On the Race Day, victory ceremony will be conducted for 21K/10K/6K age category winners for men & women.

All age category winners will be announced on our website and on our Social Media Channel the event. They will be provided with their winner’s medals & Trophy on event day.

Finishers Medal

Finishers across all the race categories will get a Finisher's Medal post their run.

Timing Certificate

Certificates of 21K/10K finishers will be available for download from the event website within 2 weeks from race day.

Q) When will the registrations for Sheth Half Marathon 2019 open?

A) Registrations for Sheth Half Marathon 2019 open will Till on 30th April 2019.

Q) When is the for Sheth Half Marathon 2019 event?

A) The event is scheduled for Sunday, 9th June 2019.

Q) How do I register?

A) You can register online by clicking on the link provided on the page and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.

Q) What does the Registration fee cover?

A) Registration fee includes *Complimentary Race Day T-shirt, Refreshments, **Route Support, e-Timing Certificate [for timed runs] and Finisher Medals.

*Subject to availability of t-shirt sizes.

**Route Support will be provided for a defined time period only.

Q) If I register under Early bird offer will I get the same Race kit like other participants?

A) Race kits are the same for all the participants.

Q) Can I register manually (offline)

A) Registration on bib distribution is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed.

Q) Is there a minimum/maximum age to participate/register?

A) For 21K/10K, minimum age to participate is 18 years as on 9th June 2019; for fun 6k minimum age to participate is 8 years as on 9th June 2019, minors between 6-12 years must be accompanied by a guardian / parent.

Q) What is the last date of registration?

A) Last day to register for Sheth Half Marathon 2019 is 5th June 2019. We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media.

Q) Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?

A) No cancellation or refund at all Not even 30 days before the event

Q) Can I change my category once I have registered? For example, if I have registered for 10Km, can I now change to a 5Km event? Or, vice- versa?

A) Please send an email to service@townscript.com.in and we will try our best to help you out.

Q) Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

A) Please send an email to service@townscript.com.in with the correct details and we will update it.

Q) There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

A) Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email service@townscript.com.in with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
