IOT (Workshop)

The Internet of things is the current trend, “everything" can be controlled by just connecting them to the network!  

Navneet Deshpande, Tech expert from L&T Technologies will be guiding the participants on a hands-on session to teach all the things of Internet of Things.

The participants will have a two day hands-on session on using Raspberry Pi (on Linux), embedded basics with GPIO, and LCD interfacing, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485 communication protocols Ultrasonic and RFID sensors, a session on database (MySQL) and python scripts, MQTT, Open cloud and socket programming and much more with Internet of Things along with projects such as Monitoring of Temperatures and its use cases. Ultrasonic distance measurement for disabled. Distance measurement data to Server using MQTT to the subscribers. Participants will also be given one takeaway kit for a group of 4 participants.
