Gir National Park (Gir Lion Safari)

GIR NATIONAL PARK is the last remaining bastion of the Asiatic Lion. It also has the highest population of leopards compared to any other national park in India making it one of the best place in India to see the Big Cats. The Kameshwar Dam in middle of the sanctuary is home to record population of marsh crocodiles. Other wild life includes Chital (spotted dear), Nilgai (Blue Bull), Wild Boar, Sambar, Jackals, Hyenas, etc. Gir national park has over 300 different varieties of birds. The unique ecosystem of gir harbors about 38 species of mammals, around 37 species of reptiles & more than 2000 species of insects.

DAY 1 - Reach Rajkot by 11am and transfer to resort, on the way have lunch. Upon reaching resort fresh n up and relax for the day after long journey. Post dinner camp Fire & enjoy special south African Tribal Dance by African tribes who stay in sasan village from past 300 years.

DAY 2- Early Morning we leave for open gypsy jungle safari @ gir national park 06.00 am to 09.00 am. post safari back to hotel we have our breakfast then we have free time to recharge camera batteries and other equipment’s & post lunch we leave for second safari, back to resort and dinner. Overnight at resort.

DAY 3- Early morning we leave for third safari & post that we have Breakfast & leave for Rajkot Railway station we have our lunch on the way and reach rajkot by 06.00 pm. proceed towards your onward journey.

Inclusions :

1. Pick up from Rajkot Airport/Railway station to resort and back.

2. Accommodation on Twin Sharing in resort. (4 star property)

3. Pick up and drop from resort to safari gate.

4. All meals during the stay at resort.

5. 3 open gypsy jungle safaris in core zone.

6. Wild life Expert (Guide)

1. Train /Air Tickets till Rajkot & return journey to your home town.

2. Meals during transit from Rajkot to resort and back.

3. Expense of personal nature such as Tips, Laundry, Table Drinks etc.

4. Camera fees at the park.

5. Anything that is not mentioned in inclusions.
