Celebrate this 74th Independence Day with a virtual run anytime- anywhere. 

Rules:

1. Run inside your home or outside as per your convenience and government guidelines on 15 Aug 2020 to get qualified for Freedom Day Run 2020.

2. Run with App / Watch to track your run and submit data with proof on WhatsApp Number: 8769433536

3. Data can be submitted on a given WhatsApp number on 16th Aug 2020 by 11 AM.

4. Data submission is MANDATORY (Strictly No Exception allowed)

5. Once you finish your run, you have to click a screenshot of the app you are using to calculate your distance. You need to submit this screenshot as a proof of distance you covered on the WhatsApp number provided.

6. You can use any App Garmin, Strava, RunKeeper, Nike running, Runtastic or whichever app you are using for running on your mobile.

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.

1. वर्चुअल रन क्या है?

कोरोना महामारी के कारण हम सभी घर पर हैं पर इस दौरान आप फिट रहें , इस उद्देश्य से वर्चुअल रन का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। वर्चुअल रन में आप अपनी पसंद के अनुसार घर पर रहते हुए किसी भी सुरक्षित जगह पर (जैसे घर की छत पर या पार्क में) सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित निर्देशों के अनुसार दौड़ कर इस मैराथन में भाग ले सकते हैं। 

2: मैं कहाँ दौड़ सकता हूं?

सरकार द्वारा दिए गए सुरक्षा मानदंडों के अनुसार आप पार्क में, छत पर, सड़क पर, ट्रेडमिल पर, जिम में या ट्रैक पर चल/दौड़  सकते हैं। वर्चुअल रन में आप अपनी गति स्वयं तय कर सकते हैं।

3: मुझे पदक/मेडल और टीशर्ट कब मिलेगी?

वर्चुअल दौड़ के बाद 20 से 40 दिनों में आपकी मेडल और टी-शर्ट सीधे आपके द्वारा रजिस्ट्रेशन के दौरान टाउनस्क्रिप्ट पर भरे गए पते पर भेज दी जाएगी। जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं की कोरोना महामारी के चलते डिलीवरी सर्विस पहले से कहीं अधिक समय ले रही हैं इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है की आप धैर्य रखते हुए हमारा साथ दें। 

 4: मैं अपनी दौड़ को ट्रैक करने के लिए किन ऐप्स का उपयोग कर सकता हूं?

आप किसी भी ऐप Garmin, Strava, RunKeeper, Nike पर रनिंग, Runtastic या कोई भी अन्य ऐप का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। इन apps को प्लेस्टोरे से आसानी से डाउनलोड करके उपयोग किया जा सकता है। 

5: मैं अपने रन / दौड़  का प्रमाण कहां भेज / जमा/ सबमिट कर सकता हूं?

एक बार जब आप अपना रन/दौड़ पूरा कर लेते हैं, तो आपको अपनी दूरी की गणना के लिए उपयोग किए जा रहे ऐप का स्क्रीनशॉट लेना होगा। आपको दिए गए व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर कवर की गई दूरी के प्रमाण के रूप में इस स्क्रीनशॉट को जमा/शेयर करना होगा।

 6: मैं कैसे पंजीकरण कर सकता हूं?

आप प्रदान किए गए टाउनस्क्रिप्ट लिंक में सभी विवरण दर्ज करके पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं।

7: मैं सोशल मीडिया डिज़ाइन जैसे आई ऍम रनिंग पोस्ट कैसे प्राप्त कर सकता हूं?

फ्लायर पाने के लिए अपना पूरा नाम व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर भेजें। इसके पश्चात् आपके साथ एक लिंक साझा किया जाएगा जहां आप वर्ग प्रारूप में अपनी तस्वीर अपलोड कर सकते हैं और फ्लायर्स डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

 8: मुझे अभी तक अपना पदक क्यों नहीं मिला?

महामारी के दौरान डिलीवरी सेवाएं पहले की तुलना में अधिक समय ले रही हैं इसलिए कृपया धैर्य रखें। आपके मैडल / ट्रॉफी / टीशर्ट इत्यादि जल्द ही आप तक पहुंचा दिए जाएंगे।

Virtual run allows you to run and participate from any location of your choice. You can complete the race at the rooftop or in a garden nearby as per your convenience.

2: Where I can run?

You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.

3: When I will get the medal & Tshirt?

Your medal & T-shirts will be shipped directly to your doorstep in 20-40 days after the run. As we all are facing a pandemic so delivery services are taking more time than ever.

4: Which apps I can use to track my race?
