About the Workshop
This workshop certifies the learner in the fundamental skills, tools and techniques to explore the potential of an organisation experiencing the impacts of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity - VUCA!
You will explore the power of curiosity and understand your strengths and competence in the field. Exploring the power of the right question to get to the root of a challenge, rather than answering the first question to just move along. A good quality question can navigate a VUCA world and dispel its ambiguity.
Build on your curiosity by analysing an organisation within the Framework for Acting under Uncertainty & Complexity (FAUC®). As one of less than 50 worldwide faciltitators of the tool, Rich will explore the key capacities for navigating Uncertainty & Complexity in an organisation using both Lego® and a playful visual landscape of understanding.
This workshop will complete the learning journey with a true dive into resilience and how to understand and build your won resilience to cope with the volatility of your personal and professional life. Undertake a resilience assessment, learn how to improve your energy to cope with change and its frequently disruptive nature and understand how to support others through this space.
All participants will gain a foundation certificate on completion of their own organisational analysis and presentation to the group. Those interested in exploring the themes further can explore deeper certifications in Curiosity, (FAUC®) and Change Resilience.

Rich is a very highly respected international change management professional with extensive experience delivering successful outcomes to engagements in business transformation, enterprise technology solutions and organizational restructures (including M&A) supported by extensive positive achievement in strategic human resources, executive leadership coaching, organizational development and operational excellence delivery. He has a global presence, working with businesses across Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas to develop, plan, implement and sustain the changes needed to grow and prosper.
Rich is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and after leading the team taking forward chapter development built the Toronto Chapter where he is the currently elected president.
Rich has worked in public sector change for many years and built up extensive experience here on large scale transformational and multi-locational projects.
