Fitness Five 10k Challenge & Couple's 5+5k Relay

10k Challenge: Challenge to complete under 75 minutes.

Couple's Relay: Each partner completes 5k.

This Event is to raise awareness about personal health and determination. Making people run for their own cause, nothing is more important than personal Health. This is our first year of organizing an event for personal health awareness and we aim to have this as a yearly event & take fitness to every home. The event will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Athletic Ground Bambolim. The Run will flag off at 6:00 a.m.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The 10k Challenge is open to everyone who are 15 years old and above.

The Couple's 5+5k Relay is open to Married Couple's ONLY.

Registration

1. Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will be invalid.

Therefore, please ensure to pay online when you register.

2. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration. Only one applicant per form can apply for the event Also do not send in more than one entry per person, multiple application will entail all being rejected.

3. Postal entries are not accepted.

4. The decision of the Organizing Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.

5. Applications submitted to any person or group other than the collection centers & incomplete entries will be rejected

6. The last date for receipt of application forms at the Collection Centers/Online is 12th March 2020.

7. Bib Expo for collection of running Bibs will be held at Collection Centres date will be notified to participants through SMS, Mail or Whatsapp.

8. For Bib collection carry acknowledgment slip/Printout of the email confirmation sent by us/printout of website confirmation.

9. Authorized representatives to carry-Original acceptance letter, Signed authorization letter from confirmed participant, photocopy of photo-identity proof (of the confirmed participant), eg. Aadhaar card, Passport, Pan card, Election card or driving license.

Race Pack 

Race pack consists of Running Tee, a number bib and safety pins.

Please be advised that the quantity of the Running Tees’ ordered according to sizes are limited, therefore the distribution shall be carried out on first-come, first-served basis.

There will be NO distribution of race packs on race day.

• All the race packs without any special arrangement with the organizer and not collected during the stipulated collection date, will be deemed as unwanted and the Organizers shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.

• Please ensure to collect the race pack on the stipulated collection days only.

Medals 

Medals will be distributed at the finish line to all Participants.

No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Drink Station

There will be 7 water stations placed at 1km, 2kms 3km, 5km, 7km, 8km and 9km mark respectively

Water will be served in 250ml bottles.

Refreshments

Each participant shall receive a pack of refreshment after completion of the run

No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organizers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.

The organizers reserve the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
