Participant Entitlements

All registered participants shall receive:

* Medical Assistance

* On-Route Entertainment

* Post-Run Breakfast

Additionally, 10 KM and 21 KM participants shall receive:

* Electronic Timing Chip

* Official E-Certificate

* Monetary Awards for 1st 3 runners in Male & Female category

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

a) The 3 KM and 5 KM categories are non-competitive "Run for Fun" events and are open to participants of all age groups.

b) Participants registering for the 10 KM category must be at least 16 years of age on the event date.

c) Participants registering for the 21 KM Half Marathon category must be at least 18 years of age on the event date.

d) The Organizers reserve the right to verify age and identity through valid government-issued identification.

2. Registration

a) Registration shall be considered complete only upon successful payment of the applicable registration fee.

b) Registration fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including participant inability to attend, event rescheduling, natural calamities, medical conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

c) Participants shall not transfer, exchange, sell, or permit another individual to use their race bib or registration.

3. Health & Fitness Declaration

a) By registering for the event, participants confirm that they are physically fit, medically capable, and adequately trained to participate in the selected race category.

b) Participants acknowledge that long-distance running involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, disability, or death.

c) The Organizers may refuse participation to any individual deemed medically unfit or posing a risk to themselves or others.

4. Timing & Results

a) Official timing shall be available only for participants registered in the 10 KM and 21 KM categories.

b) Timings shall be recorded using electronic timing chips attached to the participant's bib.

c) Participants must cross all timing checkpoints installed along the race route for their results to be considered valid.

d) The decision of the timing agency and Organizers regarding race results shall be final and binding.

5. Participant Conduct

a) Participants shall comply with all instructions issued by race officials, volunteers, medical teams, law enforcement authorities, and event organizers.

b) Any participant found engaging in misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, route cutting, unauthorized assistance, or violation of race rules may be disqualified without notice.

c) The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the event.

6. BIB Transfer & Piloting

a) Race bibs are personal and non-transferable.

b) Unauthorized bib exchange, impersonation, private pacing/piloting, or participation using another participant's bib shall result in immediate disqualification.

c) Offenders may be barred from participating in future events organized by the Organizers for a period of up to three (3) years.

7. Awards & Prize Money

21 KM Half Marathon (Men & Women Categories)

1st Place – ₹21,000

2nd Place – ₹15,000

3rd Place – ₹10,000

10 KM Run (Men & Women Categories)

1st Place – ₹15,000

2nd Place – ₹10,000

3rd Place – ₹5,000

Award Conditions

a) Prize money shall be awarded only in Open Men and Open Women categories.

b) Winners shall be determined based on Gun Time and not Chip Time.

c) A minimum of fifteen (15) participants must officially start the respective race category for prize eligibility to be valid.

d) Participants may be required to produce identity proof and other supporting documents before prize distribution.

e) The Organizers reserve the right to withhold, verify, modify, or cancel awards in case of disputes, rule violations, or discrepancies.

8. Expo & Race Kit Collection

a) Race kits and goodie bags shall be distributed during the official Expo on:

Venue:Holystico Astrana, Behind Amanora Mall, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra.

b) Participants must collect their race kits during the designated Expo timings.

c) Uncollected race kits shall not be couriered or distributed after the event.

9. Media Release & Consent

By participating in the event, participants irrevocably authorize the Organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use their name, image, voice, likeness, photographs, videos, and event-related content for promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity, social media, website publications, and future event communications without any compensation or further consent.

10. Liability Waiver & Indemnity

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event.

The Organizers, sponsors, partners, venue owners, volunteers, officials, timing agencies, medical providers, and associated entities shall not be liable for any injury, illness, disability, death, loss, theft, damage, accident, claim, demand, action, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in the event.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers and associated parties against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from their participation.

11. Event Modification & Cancellation

The Organizers reserve the right to alter, modify, postpone, reroute, suspend, or cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions, government directives, public safety concerns, force majeure events, natural disasters, pandemics, civil disturbances, or any circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

In such situations, registration fees shall remain non-refundable.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in FHS Holystico Run 2026, the participant confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all Terms & Conditions, Event Rules, Safety Instructions, and Disclaimer provisions, and agree to participate entirely at their own risk.

The participant further acknowledges that all decisions made by the Organizers regarding the conduct of the event shall be final and binding.
