Race Categories and Details
- The 3 KM Fun Run is a non-timed category and is ideal for beginners, families, casual participants, and anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere without performance pressure. Participants in this category will receive a finisher medal and refreshments.
- The 5 KM Timed Run is for participants who want to test their pace and enjoy a professionally timed race in a beautiful mountain setting. This category includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, timing chip, e-certificate, and refreshments.
- The 10 KM Timed Run is suitable for regular runners who want to push themselves further and experience endurance in a scenic route. This category includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, timing chip, e-certificate, and refreshments.
- The 21 KM Timed Run is the signature half marathon category for serious runners and endurance seekers. It is designed for those who want the true challenge of distance combined with the beauty and discipline of a mountain route. This category includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, timing chip, e-certificate, and refreshments.
- The 42 KM Timed Run is meant for highly dedicated and experienced runners who are ready to take on the full marathon challenge in a mountain setting. It demands endurance, discipline, and preparation, and offers a truly rewarding experience amidst the peaceful and scenic surroundings of Dol Ashram. This category includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, timing chip, e-certificate, and refreshments.
- The 60 KM Timed Run is the ultra-distance category for serious endurance runners who want to push beyond the conventional race format and test themselves in a truly memorable environment. Designed for seasoned participants, this category is not just about distance, but about mindset, resilience, and the experience of running through a deeply serene natural setting. This category includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, timing chip, e-certificate, and refreshments.
Winner Prize Details
Dol Ashram Ultra Marathon will reward the top performers with a combined prize pool of approximately ₹1.6 lakh, divided separately for Male and Female participants. Cash prizes will be awarded in the 60 KM, 42 KM, and 21 KM race categories. In both the Male and Female divisions, the 60 KM category will have a cash prize of ₹15,000 for 1st place, ₹10,000 for 2nd place, and ₹7,500 for 3rd place. The 42 KM category will offer ₹10,000 for 1st place, ₹7,500 for 2nd place, and ₹5,000 for 3rd place. Similarly, the 21 KM category will offer ₹10,000 for 1st place, ₹7,500 for 2nd place, and ₹5,000 for 3rd place. For the 10 KM and 5bcategories, the top 3 winners in both Male and Female divisions will receive special gifts and recognition from the organizing team. All prizes will be awarded based on the final official race results declared by the organizers.
Route & Elevation Advisory
Approx. Elevation Zone: 1,500 m to 2,000 m above sea level
Expected Temperature: Around 5°C to 18°C, depending on time of day and weather conditions
Route Type: Hill road / mountain road route
Difficulty: Moderate to challenging
Runner Advisory: Start slow, hydrate early, control your downhill pace and conserve energy for climbs.
Note: Since this is a mountain route, temperature may feel colder during early morning hours, shaded forest sections and higher elevation stretches. Runners are advised to carry suitable warm layers before and after the run.
Special pricing for Uttarakhand residents and Army personnel has been kept intentionally lower to encourage local participation and to acknowledge and honour service personnel.
Ashram Stay Experience
- For participants who want to make this more than a one-day event, an optional stay package at Dol Ashram is also available.
- The single occupancy package is priced at ₹7000, double occupancy at ₹5000, and triple occupancy at ₹2500.
- This stay experience includes three meals, tea, morning meditation, afternoon local trekking near the ashram, and a bonfire experience. It is designed for those who want to fully absorb the spirit of the event and enjoy a more meaningful mountain retreat around race day.

- All registrations are final and non-refundable. T-shirt sizes selected at the time of registration cannot be changed later.
- Ticket prices are subject to change depending on the live offer, campaign, or promotional pricing available at the time of booking. No refund, adjustment, or price difference will be provided in case the ticket price is reduced after a participant has already completed registration.
- No refund of tickets will be given under any circumstances. However, if a runner is unable to participate after purchasing a ticket, the registration may be considered for transfer to a future FTC event only, subject to a valid and suitable reason and approval by the organizers.
- Participants must ensure that they are medically fit to take part in the event. The organizers will not be responsible for any injury, medical issue, loss, damage, or any unforeseen incident during or after the event.
- By registering, participants agree to abide by all event rules, policies, and safety instructions issued by the organizers.
