Diet Planning Workshop

Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences will conduct a workshop on planning a diet plan exclusively for INFS Scholars. This workshop will help you to determine calories and macros for achieving different goals, what are the mistakes which a nutrition consultants should avoid and other consideration for diet customisation.
