Who is a ScrumMaster?

A ScrumMaster is a development facilitator who is responsible for enabling Scrum teams to maximize their effectiveness by addressing systemic issues and dysfunctions in the team. The ScrumMaster has four primary focus areas: System Design, Development Practices, coaching Product Owner and coaching Development Team. This workshop is a role-specific workshop to learn about the role of ScrumMaster.

2. We believe in Scrum and we PlayScrum. Our workshops are experiential.

The workshop itself will be run using Scrum in 4 Sprints with ZERO power point slides. We will learn together about Scrum from each other. Expect to have lots of fun while you learn as the workshop is loaded with content as below:

Scrum on The Wall: Apeksha's unique way of presenting Scrum Framework on the Wall with Charts will help you visualize Scrum all the time during the 2 days and ever after. You will be working with others as part of a Scrum Team working on a Project. So you will learn how to get started as a ScrumMaster and develop valuable products using Scrum.  

3. Learn from a Practitioner not a Trainer in an experiential workshop. 

Apeksha Patel is the only women CST in India and is the first Accredited Kanban Trainer. She is a practicing Coach and works as part of a Scrum team. She has practiced a wide variety of coaching frameworks like ORSC, NLP and Leadership Gift. She has been in the industry for over 14 years in both service and product companies as a DevOps expert. You will get a flavor of both the coaching and development world. 

Our workshop size generally ranges from 18 to 36. We cap to a maximum of 42.
