Equipment : A weighted bag / Mat / Water
Just pull out any bag you have and fill it with stuff to a weight that gives you some resistance with functional movement patterns that I will teach.

I like variations and challenges that's why designed this class to make
everyone move more and move well in this situation when we are locked down in our
own houses due to COVID-19.
