Event Overview

After a powerful inaugural edition, Season 2 is back—now with a Full Marathon! Organized by the NCC with support from the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) and professionally managed by Thinkers & Fillers (TNF), the Kokrajhar NCC Marathon celebrates fitness, unity, and the cultural spirit of Bodoland. Expect NCC cadets, officers and personnel from the three services and CAPFs, and runners from across India to run with you.

Kokrajhar blends lush greenery, calm rivers, handwoven textiles, and diverse traditions. It’s also one of the world’s only habitats of the Golden Langur. Come for the race; stay for the culture, cuisine, and nature.

About NCC & Race Management

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) nurtures responsible, service-minded youth.

Race Categories

• Full Marathon (42.195 km) — The ultimate challenge.
• Half Marathon (21.1 km) — Season 1’s signature distance, bigger and better.
• 10K — Fast, friendly, perfect for testing speed.
• 5K — For first-timers, families, and community runners.

Timed certificates for competitive categories. Age groups, prizes & cut-offs will be announced in the official race guide.

Eligibility (Guidance; final rules apply)

• Full Marathon: 18+ years
• Half Marathon: 18+ years
• 10K: 14+ years (under-18s require guardian consent)
• 5K: 14+ years (under-18s require guardian consent)

• Podium prizes (overall & select age categories) — details TBA
• Official results and e-certificates published post-race.

Safety & Sustainability

• On-course medical stations, ambulances, first responders
• Clearly marked hydration points and toilets
• Crowd-safe start pens & route management by trained teams
• Emphasis on low-waste operations and local community engagement

Terms & Policies (Summary)

• No refunds post-registration. Transfers/deferrals: TBA in race guide
• Participants must be medically fit; registration implies acceptance of waiver & indemnity
