Run For Change

In this challenge, we have the following categories:

1. Running (Marathon)

2. Walking

3. Cycling

4. Indoor Exercise.

Running / Cycling Categories includes - at least of 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, 21 km, 42 km and have to be done, record and submit the data of any 45 days. If you are going for total kilometers then the total monthly count should be from a minimum 50 kms. So kindly choose your kilometers accordingly while registering.

As there is lockdown imposed almost everywhere in the country, participants can also do Indoor Exercise. As E-certificate will be emailed to the registered email address of the participants post event.

1. Only E-certificate (Will be sent tot he registered email address)

2.Medal + E - Certificate (Medal will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

3.Trophy + E - Certificate (Trophy will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

4. Memento + E - Certificate (Memento will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

5. Medal + Trophy + E - Certificate (Medal and Trophy will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

6. Medal + Memento + E - Certificate (Medal and Memento will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

7. Trophy + Memento + E - Certificate (Trophy and Memento will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

8. Medal + Trophy + Memento + E - Certificate (Medal, Trophy and Memento will be couriered to you after the challenge on your registered postal address, E - Certificate will be mailed to you on your registered email id)

1. Run / Ride can be done for 45 days. Participants will run / ride on his / her own responsibility.

2. Participants can do indoor run / walk / cycle if not allowed for outdoors due to Pandemic / Lockdown in certain areas.

3. Participants can perform indoor exercise in this lockdown.

4. Participants have to record their activity from mobiles using Starva, Garmin, Nike Run Club, Fit Bit, Endomondo, Runkeeper, Samsung Fit, Adidas, Runtastic.

Participants have to qualify atleast minimum kilometers criteria in Run / Cycle (i.e., 2 kms)
